Introduction
Citrol® is a antimicrobial preserver that inhibits the mould development by the synergic action of both components. It is an alcoholic solution of citric acid (E330) and Sorbic acid (E200).

Preserver for surfaces.

Uses
Recommended for their use in conservation as fungicidal inhibitor in some products, such as whole breads and in slices, Vienna breads, pizzas, pre-cooked pizza, disks of turnovers and similar products that are marketed packed in origin.

Usage
Citrol® should be pulverised finely on the whole surface to protect, so it is necessary to have an efficient vaporiser. Once the surface of the dewed product is dry you will proceed to their packed. It is recommended to use Citrol® in ventilated places and far from fire sources, since the vehicle is alcohol. The product is dosed for its direct application.

Labelling
Citrol® complies with all the requirements of the Argentinean Alimentary Code, standards of the U.S. Code Federal of Regulation (FDA: Food and Drug Administration) and it lists of positive of preservatives of the Community Economic European under the numbers E-330 and E-200.

Storage
Dry and fresh place. To maintain closed and far from fire sources.
